W.O.W (Workout of the Week)

The Final Count Down

5 minutes - Jump Rope or Jump and Jacks
4 minutes - Mountain Climbers (count only the right leg)
3 minutes - Box Jumps (on 24 inch box)
2 minutes - Squat Thrust aka Burpees
1 minute - Push ups

Record repetitions for each exercise and post on blog.
